Excellent food and good service!

Price is higher than normal pho place but you know they use the real beef to make the soup. Worth it!

Good Vietnamese food. just expect the portion to be smaller the price do reflex the smaller portion.

This is my second time in this restaurant. Clean and nicely decorated Vietnamese Restaurant. Nice polite staffs with very good customer service. Foods were fresh and delicious. Must come again to try different dishes.

Very disappointed... expected to have a nice meal.but it was not to be... not a friendly place or friendly staff.. food was bland.. would never go back or recommend to anyone... Wish the Saigon House in St Albert was open on Sundays... Don't waste your money on this place...

Won Ton soup is very unique. Good vermicelli, good pho. Menu offers excellent variety.

The food quality has degraded over the last year. They used to have excellent texture vermicelli and Pho offerings, but now the cuisine tastes like it is old and gritty. Maybe they are swapping for cheaper quality meat and noodles. Or maybe they just don't care as much as they used to.

I don't deviate much from simple pho, but it's as good as any other place I can easily drop in to. Always busy, always lots of happy eaters. Can't go wrong.

Price is right, yummy pho in St. Albert:)Only downside was that the female owner? doesn’t smile (maybe she was tired?) and her service was not the best, but then things like this usually happen at some Asian restaurants, so it’s all good as long as food is good:) (the male owner seems kind:))

We have been to Second Bowl several times and we have never been disappointed in the food or the service. I would highly recommended the Second Bowl for lunch or dinner

I was served VERY quickly during a moderately busy lunch hour. The Pho was delicious, but the staff don't really talk. Which i like when eating, but i know some people like to be checked on. Bubble tea was sub-par, but overall i enjoyed eating here. Still cannot get over the pho!

We visit here fairly regularly. Great place for a quick and delicious meal. Always order 38 (beef sate) always tastes delicious.

My favourite Vietnamese restaurant (and probably one of the cleanest ones out there)! I always make the drive to St. Albert from Edmonton just to eat here. The food is always delicious and consistent. My personal favourite meal is a green onion cake and beef satay soup. The service is excellent as well.

We planned to go to the theatre tonight but needed to eat Vietnamese before going to the movies. Both of our usual places are quite a few minutes away. I remembered coming here with my babies after their paediatrician appointments so, we decided to stop in and try it again. The food was really good, the service was quick also pleasant, and the place was clean. It meets my needs as far as my expectations. It’s been a while since we came here and I’m glad we did. June 11/19

I love this little gem so much. Should win cleanest restaurant in Alberta award. Last time in the female manager was SCRUBBING each and every chair down from top to bottom. Great food, great prices.

Very clean, with gentle warm atmosphere. Much like the tardis it seems bigger on the inside. My only caution is language barrier. Got the spicy central soup and it came with thicker noodles despite the menu saying vermicelli. The owner promptly fixed it and the new soup looks superb. Would definitely suggest this place!

Over all this place is ok. The people are friendly and and the food was ok. I the restaurant looked nice inside and out. The food was just ok. I nothing spectacular. This is a place I would come if I didn't have time to go to my regular pho place. I

Loved the Beef Satay! It was a nice thick flavour packed broth that was more peanut sweet than overly spicy - definitely a new favourite!The staff were wonderful as we arrived about 40 minutes before close. The salad rolls were great and the 5 Colour Vermicelli was good. Definitely will be back!

This place is super yummy!! At this visit I had their vermicelli grilled shrimp bowl and it was super tasty. It also came out really quick which was nice when you're on your lunch break! The restaurant is nice and clean, staff are friendly and the prices are good. I will definitely be going back!!

Great food, big servings. The only negative thing I'll say is that there is one lady who loudly talks on her phone while taking orders at the till and doesnt really pay attention. I always make sure to repeat my order several times. But other then that, this is my go to for Vietnamese in st Albert!

Eat in take out. Good food Vietnamese style pho restaurant. Vermicelli bowls soup's and other dishes. Inexpensive very tasty. Friendly staff great place to go.

Rice dishes are very ordinary - not much flavour. Maybe the pho is better...

Very good food! Service is friendly could be more friendly but overall my favorite place in St. Albert for PHO. Warm atmosphere and delicious food. Priced fair.

I didn't get my first bowl, I gave a second chance for my second bowl and they ain't getting my third bowl!! I was hopeful for a better experience this time. My daughter and I waited 10 minutes to order and no service. We left, walking by an old women working there who could not cared less that we were leaving!

Service was fine and the food was okay. The prices were comparable to other places serving similar food. The people I was with were repeat customers and they are fans of the soups.

Great food and service!

Food is ok, we ordered beef satay and pork and spring roll vermicelli. Bathroom is pretty clean, but sink is kinda clogged. Service could be better, maybe smile once a while.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Asked the lady for some lime she looked at me and said “this one lime “ like I don’t know what lime looks like. I wish I can share a photo because I took a picture of the “lime” that she pointed at. Will never go back again and won’t recommend it to anyone !

Great Vietnamese place. Fast service. Busy place across from the hospital.

It is great to hear that Second Bowl Saint Albert will be reopened on Monday July 6th.

Very good food, clean and modern. Price is a little high. Not too busy for a Friday evening meal.
